Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the stamp paper has not been dispatched.
• To request cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
• If cancelled within this window, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The stamp paper has already been dispatched or delivered.
• The wrong state was selected by the customer at the time of ordering.
• The stamp paper has been used, written on, or altered in any way.
• Cancellation request is made after 2 hours of placing the order.
• The product was purchased during a sale or promotion at a discounted price.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged stamp paper or an incorrect denomination/state, please:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged/incorrect item.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
• Shipping charges for returning damaged/incorrect items will be borne by us.

4. Document Drafting Services

• For document drafting services, cancellation is accepted before our legal team begins work on your document.
• Once drafting has commenced, a 50% service charge will be retained.
• Completed documents are non-refundable unless there is a factual error made by our team.
• We offer 1 free revision on all drafted documents.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment source. UPI and wallet refunds may appear faster. Bank card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
