2. Products and Services

• StampRodo provides authentic Non-Judicial Stamp Papers sourced from authorised stamp vendors for various Indian states.
• We also offer legal document drafting services including agreements, affidavits, deeds, and legal notices.
• Stamp papers are state-specific and valid only within the state for which they are issued. Please verify the correct state before ordering.
• All stamp papers sold are genuine government-issued stamp papers. We do not sell counterfeit or forged documents.

3. Ordering

• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
• In case of any pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

4. Payments

We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (where available). All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

5. Delivery

• We deliver stamp papers via Delhivery across India. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Digital document drafts are delivered via email or your account within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and code — is the property of StampRodo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
